To save your spot, we’ll need a $500.00 per person, non-refundable deposit by Visa, MC, AmEx, or personal check. Your invoice, contract, personalized itinerary, and gear list will be mailed or emailed to you.

Your Adventure Package includes lodging, all meals, guided bear and wildlife viewing, photography tours, birding, beach combing, and scheduled scenic round trip floatplane travel (Kodiak/Katmai Wilderness Lodge). No additional fee applies for single supplements..

Deposit, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Upon making your reservation, we ask for a US $500.00 per person, a non-refundable deposit for each member of a client’s party, due within 30 days to secure requested reservation dates. In the event of a cancellation, a paid deposit will not be refunded, but may be used on a one-time basis to secure a future reservation the following year. Client shall pay the remaining balance owed 60 days prior to the scheduled reservation, or by April 15th, whichever comes first. If the lodge is notified of a cancellation outside of 60 days prior to a client’s scheduled arrival date, 50% of the remaining balance due shall be refunded (this is the total due after the non-refundable deposit of $500 per person). Otherwise, the client shall not be entitled to a refund.

We advise arriving in Kodiak one day prior to your lodge departure, avoiding possible airline delays, and we kindly request you book your Kodiak to Anchorage flight at 4:45 p.m. or later, after your visit to the lodge.

From Kodiak to the Lodge

You’ll depart Kodiak via Island Air Service (907-487-5000) approximately 12:30 p.m. and arrive Katmai Wilderness Lodge approximately 1:30 p.m. A one-hour check-in is required prior to your departure from Kodiak.

You’ll depart Katmai Wilderness Lodge at approximately 1:30 p.m. and arrive in Kodiak at approximately 2:30 p.m.
